      1)不同的結構形式選擇不同性能的材料。
     
      2)根據使用溫度范圍選擇保溫隔熱材料。
     
      3)為確保節能效果,務必選用高效優質的保溫隔熱材料。
     
      4)保溫隔熱材料的密度要滿足建筑絕熱工程的要求。
     
      5)保溫隔熱材料要有良好的化學穩定性。
     
      6)保溫隔熱材料的使用年限要與被保溫隔熱主體的正常維修期基本適應。
     
      7)保溫隔熱材料應首選不燃的或難燃的保溫隔熱材料。
     
      8)保溫隔熱材料應選用吸水率小的材料。
     
      9)保溫隔熱材料在施工安裝時應方便易行,既操作簡單,又易于保證絕熱工程的質量。
     
      10)絕熱材料在建筑中常見的應用類型及設計選用應符合GB/T17369-1998《建筑絕熱材料的應用類型和基本要求》的規定。
     
      11)保溫性能的優劣主要通過導熱系數(λ)反映,導熱系數表征材料在穩定傳熱狀況下的導熱能力,導熱系數值越小越好。
     
      12)λ=0.20W/(m·K)作為保溫材料和非保溫材料的分界值,λ>0.20W/(m·K)的材料一般不應作為保溫材料使用。
     
      13)選用時除應考慮材料的導熱系數(導熱系數不大于0.175W/(m·K))外,還應考慮材料的吸水率、燃燒性能、強度等指標。不同絕熱材料的性能特點見相應的分類指南。
