Workshops are really mastermind groups.
When you work with a group to help others get what they want, you discover and begin to confirm what you want, while you learn and have fun in the process. Workshops are powerful learning experiences because many people have better ideas for others than they have for themselves... and they have more courage for each other as well. I offer the following workshops:
- Working from the Heart - An Exploratory Workshop for Women
- Understanding Yourself Using The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
- WomensNet Success Teams
- Barbara Sher’s Success Teams
- Networking 101 - Effective Strategies for Lifetime Career Management & Success
- Creating Your Personal Branding and Career Strategy

“Our last meeting was exceptional for me. I would dub it 'A Lesson in the Art of the Possible.' As Laura, Janet and I each explored out loud one of our dreams and ways around the many barriers we create for ourselves, I was so aware that everyone else in the room was totally focused on and supportive of the speaker's success. By asking questions about potential options and challenging the speaker's doubts, we created the seed-ground for some break-through thinking. What a collaborative environment! That did so much to boost my self-concept and to show me how very possible my 'pipe dream' of bed and breakfast ownership really was. Despite the wind, the rain and the big trucks, my renewed excitement propelled me all the way home.”

"Before I started with your support, I had not crystallized what I wanted for my career, even though I had a career. Going through the process with you and the group provided insight and self-discovery”

“This workshop is definitely for those who want to make a change, but who aren't sure why or how they are stuck. It creates break-through thinking, and it offers a safe, non-judgmental, supportive place to name your dream and to acknowledge and challenge your fears, insecurities, and self-defeating tendencies. I now recognize the truth of my own inner voice - my intuitive self - to set my direction, and especially enjoyed the camaraderie and the brainstorming. It gave me the comfort of knowing what I am not alone in my struggle to find meaningful work, that others seek what I seek, and that it is a noble and worthwhile process. Thanks a million.”
